  • How are the cushions packaged?

    Each cushion arrives in one of Beaumont & Fletcher’s signature presentation boxes, making it ideal for gifting. You can choose not to have the presentation box, in which case our standard packaging will be used to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    All UK and international shipping is free.

  • Are there any additional costs such as customs or local taxes?

    No, we take care of all of this so there is no extra cost for our customers.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    We endeavour to ship next business day and, depending on location, deliveries take up to 5 days.

  • Can I return my order?

    Yes, of course, provided you notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and return the item (s) within 28 days. While the cost to return any unwanted item (s) sits with the customer our team in London will arrange everything on your behalf and provide a returns label via email. If you plan to return your order, please ensure you keep the original packaging as items must reach us in the same condition in which they were sent.

  • What happens if the product is damaged on arrival?

    We take all necessary steps to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, but very occasionally items can be damaged in transit. Should this happen, please keep all packaging, take pictures of the damage and notify us immediately. Our team will then sort everything out for you. Beaumont & Fletcher will cover the cost of returning any damaged items.

  • Do the cushions come in different colours?

    Our shop holds a limited number of stock items available for immediate delivery. Custom made pieces in different colours are available with a lead time of up to 10 weeks. Please contact our team directly to discuss your requirements.

  • It looks as though you only have a few cushions available in the design I’m looking for. Can you make more?

    Our shop holds a limited number of each cushion, all of which are available for immediate delivery. Larger orders can be easily arranged and have a lead time of up to 10 weeks. Please contact our team to discuss any requirements.

  • How are the cushions made?

    Our embroidered cushions are made entirely by hand. Each piece has a cotton lining, invisible zip and comes with a luxurious feather and down inner.

  • Are there any special care instructions?

    Our hand embroidered cushions are functional as well as beautiful and should be treated with sensible care. Please read the care instructions for further information.
