Orders and Delivery


When an order is made online you will receive an email to confirm we are processing your order. All online orders are subject to our acceptance of the order.

While we aim to ensure our website is always up to date, product description or pricing errors may occasionally occur. If we discover any error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before processing it. You may then either cancel your order or re-confirm. We will treat your order as cancelled if we cannot contact you.


All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable and delivery charges are clearly stated at check out. Local taxes and duties are paid by Beaumont & Fletcher unless otherwise stated.

Full payment will be required when ordering online and can be made via any of the methods specified. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. If the issuer of your payment card does not authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
