Showroom Sales Assistant/Administrator

Luxury British interiors brand, Beaumont & Fletcher is looking for a Showroom Sales Assistant/Administrator to join its team in Fulham Road, Chelsea. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected business that puts exceptional quality and craftsmanship at the heart of everything it does.

The successful candidate will have a passion for fabrics and interior design.

Experience within a similar role is essential.

Main responsibilities and duties:

Maintain an impeccable showroom at all times

Be the first point of contact for customers on the phone and in the showroom

Respond to customer enquiries in person, over the phone and on email

Meet sales targets

Raise and process customer orders

Check stock availability and prices

Pack and arrange deliveries

Update and manage customer information

Offer after sales support

In addition, the successful candidate will be expected to:

Manage the image library

Assist the PR team

Update the website as required

Applicants should have the following skills:

Ability to effortlessly communicate with high-end clients, suppliers and colleagues

Excellent IT skills, ideally with knowledge of Sage and WordPress

Independent, creative thinking and the ability to work unsupervised

Exceptional attention to detail

Salary: Negotiable and in line with experience

Hours: This is a full time role from Tuesday โ€“ Saturday
